幼儿园体育活动的开展现状及对策研究 ——以兰州市实验幼儿园为例 摘 要 幼儿不仅是一个国家发展的希望，同时也是一个家庭父母的寄托。可是，对于幼儿园的活动而言，体育的教育教学活动对于幼儿的健康全面发展具有很大作用。所以，本文将兰州市实验幼儿园的62名在职幼儿园教师作为调查对象，主要运用了文献查阅法、访谈法和问卷调查法等研究方法，对兰州市实验幼儿园的师资情况、体育活动与场地器材情况、体育活动的开展与实施情况等现状进行了调查，通过实地观察以及访谈，对于幼儿园体育活动目前开展所取得的成效，和对于目前存在的一些问题进行分析，然后提出相应的某些建议。通过调查结果显示，兰州市实验幼儿园体育活动开展取得了一些成效，同时也存在以下的问题：体育活动开展时间基本符合《指南》要求、活动场地偏小，使活动受到一定的限制和影响、教师男女人数比例不均衡，同时有“年轻化”的倾向、幼儿园的部分老师缺少体育的专业知识等问题。基于此，结合兰州市实验幼儿园的实际情况，提出相应对策：幼儿园要加强幼儿教师的体育专业培训、完善幼儿体育课程的创设、适当对教师进行体育知识与技能的相关专业培训；因地制宜地开展内容与形式丰富的体育活动；加强家园共育，树立“幼儿园、家庭、社会”三位一体的大体育观。 关键词：幼儿园体育；开展现状；问题；建议  ABSTRACT Young children are not only the bush of a countrys development, but also the hope of a family parent. However, for kindergarten activities, physical education and teaching activities for the healthy and comprehensive development of young children play a great role. Therefore, this paper takes 62 active kindergarten teachers in Lanzhou City experimental kindergarten as the object of investigation, mainly uses the literature inspection method, interview method and questionnaire survey method, and investigates the current situation of teachers, sports activities and field equipment, sports activities and implementation, etc. of Lanzhou City Experimental Kindergarten, through field observation and interview, the results of the current development of kindergarten sports activities, and some of the corresponding problems, and then put forward some suggestions.
