PAGE PAGE 18 摘要 电力行业是一个国家的根基产业，其为人们的生活当中发挥着十分重要的作用，更为国家经济的开展提供了重要的动力。在地球不可再生资源日益紧缺的形势下，可持续发展越来越变得不再陌生。由于风能是一种清洁的、高效的可再生能源，风力发电将是我国推进可持续发展的战略目标，这将意味着风能将在人们的生活中发挥越来越重要的作用，甚之成为国家经济发展战略的重点。高效的的财务分析不应该只关注到分析公司的财务数据，还应该特别关注财务非相关的讯息。首先运用其财务数据进行风险分析，再用到盈利能力、偿债能力等指标，通过指标数据的计算和对比了解后，分析公司的经营成果和存在的隐患。然后，结合社会环境、政治环境以及世界格局，公司目前存在的风险提出合理建议。本文以华能新能源股份有限公司为例，利用哈佛分析框架的理论对公司的整体经营现状和财务现状进行定量和定性的全方位分析，该分析方法有效地克服了传统财务报表分析的局限性，能够从整体上把握公司的整体经营状况，从而预测公司的未来发展前景。 关键词：财务分析，哈佛分析框架，华能新能源 Abstract Electric power industry is the basic industry of a country, which plays a very important role in peoples lives and provides an important driving force for the development of national economy. With the increasing shortage of non-renewable resources on the earth, sustainable development is becoming more and more familiar. As wind energy is a clean and efficient renewable energy, wind power generation will be the strategic goal of promoting sustainable development in China, which will mean that wind energy will play an increasingly important role in peoples lives, and even become the focus of national economic development strategy. Efficient financial analysis should not only focus on the analysis of the companys financial data, but also pay special attention to financial irrelevant information. Firstly, it uses its financial data for risk analysis, and then uses profitability, solvency and other indicators. After calculating and comparing the indicators, it analyses the companys operating results and hidden dangers. Then, combining with the social environment, political environment and the world pattern, the company puts forward reasonable suggestions on the existing risks. Taking Huaneng New Energy Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative all-round analysis of the companys overall operation status and financial status by using the Harvard analysis framework theory.
