PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 企业的整体综合能力是最受关注的，财务分析可以通过对一些相关数据的剖析与解读，为特定的人群提供一些具体有用的会计信息，帮助他们对公司的发展或者是对项目的投资做出正确的决策。在本文中，将通过对中青旅公司近五年的财务数据进行计算分析，同时结合其五年内的年度报告以及其他资料的收集，对该企业进行全方位的了解，利用财务报表分析法，对其相关经济活动进行静态与动态分析，并通过与中国国旅对比四个能力的主要指标，对中青旅的财务状况进行综合评价，得出了中青旅盈利能力较为稳定，但是其成本也较高，偿债能力较弱等不足的结论，并在此基础上，提出有利于中青旅发展的有关建议。 关键词：财务报表 财务分析 中青旅 ABSTRACT The overall comprehensive ability of an enterprise is the most concerned.
