PAGE PAGE 17 摘 要 随着社会主义现代化事业的进一步推进，公司无论是在业务模式还是发展策略方面都逐渐趋于复杂，成熟的公司将进入更多行业并建立更系统的发展模式，对于市场经济来说，公司始终是无可取代的主体，公司财务没有后顾之忧，公司才能进一步发展，对于公司来说，如果财务出现问题将引发各种不确定的情况，影响社会主义现代化事业的建设。企业属于社会经济建设活动中的推动者，对企业来说风险源头之一就是金融风险。想必来说财务风险是很难彻底规避的，风险在酝酿时一般不容易察觉。之所以如此，很大原因在于企业财务不够稳定，引发企业经营不善的局面。所以想要规避财务风险就需要结合科学有效的手段。笔者从财务风险的概念与成因开始阐释，进而深入分析了现有G证券公司财务风险的内外部环境，以及G证券公司财务风险的成因，向公司提出了有效防范金融风险的措施。 关键词：财务风险 风险管理 对策研究 Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Risk Management of G Securities Company Abstract With the continuous development of social economy, the companys future development model is becoming more and more complex, the company is gradually expanding the scope of the economy, forming a rich development system, the company is an important part of social and economic development, the companys financial issues are the most important part of the companys development.In the future development of the company, the financial risk of the company means that there may be danger, and it is also an objective uncertainty of social and economic development.As an important core of social and economic development, enterprises will inevitably face many financial risks in the future development.Financial risk is a common risk problem in enterprises.
