PAGE PAGE 18 摘要 随着时代的发展，互联网企业从无到有再到如今的迅猛发展。互联网已经全方位的渗透到了人们的生活。伴随我国的市场的不断更新和完善，互联网企业发展遭受了重大阻碍。在经历困难后，深思互联网企业的风险问题已经刻不容缓。目前传统企业的财务风险管理研究已经具有相对完整的理论体系，互联网企业对于财务风险管理还停滞在传统阶段，相关理论研究未能进一步发展。加之现有的对互联网企业研究方向大都倾向于如何获取利润，较少注意到其有关财务风险的问题。而且，在瞬息万变的网络时代，又增加了互联网企业关注财务风险的难度，相比传统企业研究难度系数也更高。如今对互联网财务风险的管理研究理论体系还未成型，所以提升对互联网企业财务风险管理研究的水平是十分有必要的。 本文研究分析的是互联网企业财务风险管理，并选择了目前中国互联网龙头企业之一的深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司为研究对象。从广义的财务风险对其展开研究，找出问题并提出管理对策。腾讯存在的财务风险类型在中国互联网企业的财务风险研究中极其具有代表性。因此，此文以腾讯为例对互联网企业财风险管理进行深入研究具有十分深远的意义。 关键字：互联网企业 腾讯 财务风险 风险管理 Research on financial risk management of Internet enterprises -- a case study of Tencent ABSTRACT With the development of Internet business from scratch to the rapid development of today.
