毕 业 论 文 论题：工程招标书的编制 姓名： 学号： 专业：土木工程 导师： 摘 要 毕业设计是根据某中学综合教学楼的工程情况所编写的招标书，旨在向承包商提供投标文件所需要的资料并向其通报投标所依据的规则和程序。毕业论文的编写是为了更好地熟悉招标的过程，掌握招标文件的编写。招标文件的内容包括对投标人资格审查的标准、投标报价的要求和评审标准、招标项目的技术要求、工程量清单以及合同的条款及格式，通过研究各部分的详细条款及编写依据， 学习招标文件的编写。 通过对课题的研究， 更好地完善了招标准则， 促进招标的公平、公正、公开，使招标更具规范性，使招标过程更加合理。招投标是建筑市场活动中不可缺少的重要组成部分，随着我国建设市场的健康发展和招投标制度的不断完善，提高我国招投标核心竞争力, 必将推动我国的招标投标制度尽快同国际惯例接轨。 关键词： 标书，编写依据，文件内容，研究方法，研究目的 Abstract Graduation design is based on yew international school teaching building engineering is written for books, to the bid documents required information provided to the contractor and notified to the bid is based on rules and procedures.The writing of the graduation thesis is in order to better familiar with the bidding process, to master the preparation of the tender documents. Based on the research of the subject, to better improve the bidding rules, promote fairness, justice, public bidding, the bidding is more normative, the bidding process more reasonable ，Bidding is an important and indispensable component in theconstructionmarket activities,along with our country the healthy development of constructionmarketand bidding system constantly improve, improve the core competitive bidding, will push the tendering and bidding system of our country with the international practices as soon as possible.
