The condition of handover is that the Project Inspection Acceptance Team constituted by Party A, shall issue the Inspection Acceptance Sheet after onsite inspection. 2.1 本次工程时间周期：合同签订后14个工作日内完成，并以甲方组成的竣工验收小组现场检验并出具验收单为竣工交接条件。 2.2 This contract shall be implemented after this is duly signed by the legal representatives or authorized representatives of the Parties and stamped with the seals of the Parties, and closed after the onsite acceptance of the Project and Contract payment. 2.2 本合同自双方法定代表人或授权代表人签字盖章后生效，现场验收合格、款项支付完毕后关闭。 3.
