细胞与克隆技术论文 【摘要】 目的 探讨家兔骨髓基质细胞在体外传代的培养。方法 取家兔股骨骨髓，分离骨髓基质细胞，于1640培养体系中培养，之后固定计数。结果 在2~6×106 个/cm2范围内，其接种细胞数与所形成的克隆集落CFU-F数呈良好线性关系。随着培养时间的延长，克隆集落也增多，变大。3周龄家兔的造血基质祖细胞较6周龄者为多。结论 基质祖细胞CFU-F呈非均质性的，可能存在不同亚群。 【关键词】 家兔;骨髓;造血基质祖细胞;克隆 作者单位：100021北京，中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所赵伟霞;湖北省武汉疾控中心赵丁源 The culture of colonies of rabbit bone marrow stromal cell in vitro ZHAO Wei-xia, ZHAO Ding-yuan.
