PAGE 12 PAGE 12 全面预算管理在企业中的应用研究 ——以武汉易锦公司为例 摘 要 预算管理作为企业管理的重要手段，是保证企业战略目标顺利实现的有效工具，它属于管理控制系统之中，是实施企业内部控制的主要控制手段，可以通过科学的程序和措施使企业合理配置资源。所以，在现代制造企业中预算管理制度被大力推行，并且取得显著成效。但是部分企业的预算管理并没有达预期效果，如何才能实现预算管理的价值最大化，是目前制造企业需要认真考虑和解决的问题。本文首先阐述预算管理的概念、理论基础，接着以武汉易锦公司为例，通过分析武汉易锦公司预算管理的现状，指出其存在的问题，最后提出改善武汉易锦公司预算管理的对策和建议。 关键词：企业；全面预算管理；应用研究 Research on the application of comprehensive budget management in Enterprises—Take Wuhan Yijin company as an example Abstract As an important means of enterprise management, budget management is an effective tool to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic goals of enterprises.
