PAGE II PAGE II 基于SWOT分析的企业发展战略研究 摘 要 全球化进程的加快以及我国改革开放热潮的影响，企业家们终于迎来了春天。但与此同时，机会与竞争和威胁往往如影随行。在无数个企业成功或失败的案例背后，越来越多的企业家意识到了企业发展战略存在的必要性。但是从提出企业战略发展目标到提出企业战略发展方向再到提出企业战略发展点，这都需要企业不断对自身各方面因素进行分析，明确自身优势，提出自身劣势，把握自身机会，发现企业内外部威胁；通过各方面的分析数据来提出更适合企业生存的发展战略。而SWOT分析作为一种常见的企业分析方法，它能全面地、客观地根据企业的内部因素和外部环境进行分析，将环境的各个因素分门别类地规划为四大要素，以此找出企业的长处和短板，帮助企业明了自身局势，为企业的发展战略制定提供全面客观的背景依据。由此可见，企业要怎么利用数据分析来制定发展战略，又要怎么使制定好的战略更加贴合企业发展的需求，都是企业家们最为津津乐道的一个问题，与此相关的研究热度也是经年不衰。所以，企业发展战略是一个非常值得去研究和探讨的领域。也正因如此，就发展战略分析方法的选择及战略制定的研究具有重要的现实意义及理论价值。 关键词：企业发展战略；SWOT分析；战略制定 Research on Enterprise Development Strategy Based on SWOT Analysis Abstract With the acceleration of globalization and the impact of the upsurge of reform and opening up in China, entrepreneurs have finally ushered in the spring. But at the same time, opportunities and competition and threats often follow. Behind numerous success or failure cases, more and more entrepreneurs realize the necessity of enterprise development strategy. But from putting forward the strategic development goal, the strategic development direction and the strategic development point of the enterprise, all these require the enterprise to analyze all aspects of its own factors, make clear its own advantages, put forward its own disadvantages, grasp its own opportunities, and find out the internal and external threats of the enterprise; put forward the development strategy more suitable for the survival of the enterprise through all aspects of the analysis data. As a common enterprise analysis method, SWOT analysis can comprehensively and objectively analyze the internal factors and external environment of the enterprise, and plan each factor of the environment into four major elements, so as to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, help the enterprise to understand its own situation, and provide a comprehensive and objective background for the development strategy of the enterprise.
