PAGE 13 企业工会在构建和谐劳动关系中的职能分析 ─以广东工会为例 内 容 摘 要 劳动关系是指劳动者与用人单位之间的关系。和谐的劳动关系有利于促进劳动者和企业相互发展共同进步相辅相成。企业的发展需要依靠职工的发展来实现的，而职工的发展是通过企业来展现的。同时，在社会经济不断发展的过程中，劳动关系利益者相关者的构成逐步形成了政府、企业和劳动者的三方利益机制，从而形成了不同的利益群体。劳动者个人在获取利益诉求时，往往力量单薄无法与企业进行抗衡。工会作为劳动者利益的代表者，有义务积极发挥各项职能维护劳动者的合法权益。通过研究分析广东劳动关系现状以及对广东省企业工会在构建和谐劳动关系方面的主要成效的基础上结合问卷调查对广东省企业工会在构建和谐的劳动关系上产生的问题及其原因进行分析，从而提出广东省企业工会如何有效发挥工会职能，促进和谐劳动关系建设的对策。 关键词：企业工会；和谐劳动关系；集体协商 The Function Analysis of Enterprise Labor Union in Constructing Harmonious Labor Relation – Take Guangdong Labor Union as An Example Abstract Labor relation is the relation between laborer and unit of choose and employ persons.
