PAGE II 论小学校园的侵权行为与责任 内 容 摘 要 小学校园侵权行为是破坏和谐校园环境的不稳定因素，是当今社会亟须解决的问题。小学校园侵权行为的不断发展变化，增加学校、教师、家长等解决侵权事件的难度，同时，也造成了更大的社会影响。虽然政府不断颁布相关政策法规，小学校园侵权事件也得到了一定的遏制，但面对小学校园侵权行为出现的新变化，相关人员更应提高对小学校园侵权行为关注和加强对教师、学生及家长的教育。本文主要通过运用文献研究法和案例分析法，从小学校园侵权行为的概念、特点、类型等着手，并结合相关案例分析处理小学校园侵权行为与责任时存在的问题，并就此提出相关对策。 关键词：小学校园；侵权行为；侵权责任  On Tort and Liability in Primary School Campus Abstract Primary school campus infringement is an unstable factor that destroys a harmonious campus environment and is an urgent problem to be solved in todays society.
