Familiar with programming of PLC of either Siemens S7-300/1500, Beckhoff TwinCAT3 or Bosch Opcon/Opcon+ (programming languages: IL, ST or SCL) 熟悉西门子S7-300/1500,倍福,博世Opcon/Opcon+中一种或几种PLC编程,编程语言:IL, ST 或SCL 2. Familiar with setup of HMI using either Siemens TIA (e.g. for TP700 etc.) or Beckhoff HMI 熟悉HMI的编程,包括西门子TIA或倍福 3. Familiar with C# for PC/IPC software development (e.g. HMI, process visualization, statistics, protocols, interfaces, …) 熟悉用C#通过电脑和工业电脑进行软件开发(过程可视,统计,接口) 4. Setting up compact camera systems (e.g. Keyence, Cognex, Omron) 使用相机系统(如基恩士,康耐视,欧姆龙) 5. Setting up industrial robots (e.g. EPSON, Mitsubishi, St?ubli) 使用工业机器人编程(如爱普生,三菱,史陶比尔) 6. Software development and testing for interfaces to barcode reader, printer, measurement equipment, third party components 熟悉第三方部件的使用,比如条码阅读、打印机、测量仪器等 7. Design and testing of industrial networks (e.g. Profibus, Ethernet, Profinet, IO-Link, CAN) 设计和使用工业络(如Profibus, Ethernet, Profinet, IO-Link, CAN) 8. Writing technical documentation (user manual) for XENON machines 为赛能设备编写技术文件(用户手册) 9. Debugging of automation software 自动化软件调试 10. Good co-operation with the project team (mechanics, electricians, design engineers, project manager) 与项目团队保持良好的合作(机械,电气,设计工程师,项目经理) 11. On-site service (travelling) 现场服务(出差) 12. Remote access and software debugging via VPN to XENON machines 通过VPN对赛能设备进行远程接入和软件调试 Requirements 要求 1. Bachelor degree in electronic, electrical, mechatronics, Automation or similar 电子电气,机电一体化,自动化或相关专业本科学历 2. At least have over 5 years electrical control work experience in customized automation machinery 至少五年以上非标自动化设备行业电气控制工作经验 3. Familiar with electrical control program and debugging program of S7-300/1500, Beckhoff or Opcon/Opcon+ 熟练运用西门子S7-300/1500, Beckhoff, Opcon/Opcon+ 中的一种或几种语言编写电气控制程序和调试程序 4. Familiar with camera, robots, touch panel, PC etc. 熟悉相机,机械手,触摸屏,PC等模块
