Major developed countries and regions around the world regard new energy vehicles as an important strategic direction for future development and accelerate the industrial layout. The United States,Japan,Germany,South Korea,and the United Kingdom have formulated industrial policies in terms of strategic planning,research and development innovation,promotion and application,and intelligent network connection,which have certain reference significance for the formulation of Chinas new energy automobile industry policy. Based on this,combined with the actual situation of Chinas new energy automotive industry,it has the following enlightenments: first,to play a guiding role of laws and regulations; second,to strengthen the supervision and management of vehicle safety; third,to improve the ability of key core technology innovation; fourth,to enhance the efficiency of industrial coordinated development;fifth,to promote the internationalization of the new energy vehicle industry. 　　Keyword:New Energy Vehicle; Industrial Policy; Automotive Industry; Electrification; 　　新能源汽车不仅是全球汽车产业转型升级的重要方向，也是应对能源危机、缓解环
