智慧城市背景下数字孪生技术在城市建设中的应用研究 摘 要 智慧城市的出现，代表着科技的水平正在进步，但是所带来的管理问题也是前所未有的。很显然目前的智慧城市管理已经一定出现了瓶颈。数字孪生技术（Digital Twin）即现实与虚拟的交互技术，突然出现在大众的视野当中。科技在不停地发展，人们的生活也越来越便利，但是许多民生问题却仍然得不到有效的解决。对于这些问题，由于ITO技术和物联网的出现。有学者提出将数字孪生结合到城市管理当中，达到更高效，更人性化的管理简单点来说，就是在生产一个物理实体的时候，先构建一个虚体进行演化，无需承担物理资产损害的后果。数字孪生技术允许在实施计划前模拟计划，在问题暴露前揭露问题。就意味着在城市发展规划，数字孪生技术可以更好的规避风险以及管理城市。结合数字孪生技术，从身份信息系统，交通管理系统，健康医疗系统，，工地监测系统，四个方面结合城市管理，实现新智慧城市。 关键词：Digital Twin，智慧城市，民生问题 Research on the application of digital twin technology in urban construction under the background of smart city Abstract The emergence of smart city represents the progress of science and technology, but it also brings unprecedented management problems. It is obvious that the current smart city management must have a bottleneck. Digital twin, the interactive technology between reality and virtual, suddenly appears in the publics vision. With the continuous development of science and technology, peoples life is becoming more and more convenient, but many peoples livelihood problems are still not effectively solved. For these problems, due to the emergence of ITO technology and the Internet of things. Some scholars have proposed to integrate digital twin into urban management to achieve a more efficient and humanized management. To put it simply, when producing a physical entity, it is necessary to build a virtual entity for evolution without bearing the consequences of physical asset damage. Digital twin technology allows simulation of plans before they are implemented, exposing problems before they are exposed. It means that in urban development planning, digital twin technology can better avoid risks and manage the city. Combined with digital twin technology, from identity information system, traffic management system, health care system, site monitoring system, four aspects of urban management, to achieve a new smart city.
