—PAGE IV— 毕业论文(设计) 地铁综合监控项目工程管理与施工质量控制研究 摘 要 综合监控系统代表着城市轨道交通自动化监控的最高水平，有效解决了轨道交通中长期存在的信息孤岛问题，将地铁中数十个机电系统集中到一个统一的平台进行监控与管理。该项目系统与其他专业存在着多达数十个接口，施工管理难度极大。笔者曾经作为合肥地铁2号线综合监控系统项目经理从事该项目的管理工作，针对该项目存在的工程量大、组织协调难度高、施工周期紧等一系列问题，采取了相应的管理措施，在保证了项目的施工进度和工期目标的同时，也使得最终顺利按照合同要求完成了施工质量，从而为该条线路于2017年12月26日的顺利开通运营提供了重要保障。本文结合笔者的实践工作经验，针对合肥2号线综合监控项目的管理重难点，对项目实施过程中采取的关键管理要点和保证工程进度、质量的主要措施进行了总结。 关键词： 合肥2号线；ISCS项目；工程管理；施工质量控制 Research on ISCS Project Management and Construction Quality Control of Hefei Line 2 Abstract Integrated Supervisory Control System represents the highest level of automatic monitoring of urban rail transit. It effectively solves the long-standing problem of information island in rail transit, and centralizes dozens of mechanical and electrical systems in the subway into a unified platform for monitoring and management. There are as many as dozens of interfaces between the system and other specialties, and the construction management is very difficult. I have been engaged in the project management as the project manager of Hefei Metro Line 2 Integrated Monitoring System. In view of a series of problems existing in the project, such as large amount of work, high difficulty in organization and coordination, and tight construction period, I have taken corresponding management measures. It not only completes the construction schedule and time target of the project, but also completes the construction quality under the technical requirements of the project contract, thus providing an important guarantee for the smooth operation of the line on December 26, 2017. Based on my work experience, this paper summarizes the key management points and the main measures to ensure the progress and quality of the project, aiming at the difficulties and difficulties in the management of the comprehensive monitoring project of Hefei Line 2.
