PAGE 28 PAGE 1 广州市南沙区社区快递包装回收问题及对策 摘 要 近年来，随着我国物流产业发展，快递业务量呈持续上升趋势。但是，快递业的高速发展产生了大量的包装废弃物，造成环境污染。 本文以广州市南沙区社区快递包装为研究对象。通过问卷调查，了解现阶段社区快递包装回收基本情况，分析出政府回收制度不完善，回收宣传力度不足，回收意识薄弱，缺乏包装体系，回收成本高，包装材料不可降解，缺乏有力监管等等是造成包装难以回收的主要原因。另外，根据南沙区发展数据，从政治、经济、社会环境与技术环境分析了南沙区快递包装回收的可行性。通过对文献资料的收集整理，针对性的提出了鼓励政府出台回收政策，宣传回收理念，完善包装体系，推进绿色包装，加大市场监控等有效举措。运用重心法，设立包装回收站，合理规划回收站选址，解决现阶段包装回收难，渠道少的问题，真正落实社区包装回收行动，节约包装资源，实现物流绿色化。 关键词：快递包装；节约资源；社区快递包装回收；包装绿色化； Problems and countermeasures of community express package recycling in Nansha district, Guangzhou Abstract Recently, Chinas logistics industry has advanced gradually, and delivery volume continues to increase. Nevertheless, the rapid development of express delivery industry has produced a large number of packaging waste, resulting in environmental contamination. Taking Nansha district community of Guangzhou city as the research object, the basic situation of community express package recycling at the present stage is understood by the questionnaire survey. The main reasons why packaging is difficult to be recycled are imperfect government recycling system, insufficient recycling publicity, weak recycling awareness, lack of packaging system, high recycling cost, non-biodegradable packaging materials and lack of strong supervision. Additionally, according to the development data of Nansha district, the feasibility of recycling express package in Nansha district is analyzed from the aspects of political, economic, social and technological environment. In addition, in order to solve the problem of recycling, this paper, through the collection of literature and data, puts forward effective measures to encourage the government to introduce recycling policies, promote recycling ideas, improve the packaging system, promote green packaging, and increase market monitoring.
