轰趴馆平面布局及运营管理研究 摘 要 随着娱乐产业的不断发展，人们已经不满足单一的传统娱乐行业，于是出现满足大众娱乐的新型综合运营体——轰趴馆。此次论文以珠海市“归墅”酒店管理有限公司为研究对象，通过实地考察与管理者的访谈了解到现在“归墅”轰趴馆整体处于亏损状态，具体了解到顾客对装修装饰不满意、设备缺陷老旧顾客体验感差、员工积极性低、服务质量差、没有合理系统的管理方法等诸多问题。首先、以“归墅”CAD施工建筑图的基准下进行项目的平面工程设计图及研究，对设计图施工运用与合理性因素及投入运营进行结合分析。其次、对项目的工程完成后投入使用进行可行性分析，基于市场投入使用的地位的前景进行指明。也是对建筑设计的实际投入及收益负责，集合运营管理方式对“归墅”轰趴馆的应用进行补充，也是保证使用群体的认同。调查以建成的同类型项目并对其明显设计优点与缺陷，并对本文所研究的轰趴馆进行改进设计。再次、对资金投入过大亏损等运营缺陷吸取经验并对自身进行革新。通过项目管理与工程经济学所学的内容，运用三项管理（动态、静态、员工管理）对轰趴馆运营资源上进行优化，最终达到回收资本。最后、总结在工程技术服务业不乏现今存在量化的体现，在工业制造范围内也是具有联系方式。只有根据市场需求的特点才能将实质建设具有意义，只有在对本行业进行了解后，才能根据市场所需来进行自身发展的调整。最后在有效数据的问卷调查结果表明，“归墅”轰趴馆发展前景可观。 关键词：工程设计；施工安全；轰趴运营；投入运营；工程经济学；项目管理； The application of project management in the entertainment facilities building Abstract [modification] With the continuous development of the entertainment industry, people are no longer satisfied with the single traditional entertainment industry, so a new type of comprehensive operation, home party, has emerged to meet the needs of mass entertainment.
