It describes the actions and responsibilities of operating the Drum Carrier involved in the procedure. 本文件适用于操作料桶搬运车的作业活动，并且描述了操作料桶搬运车的动作及责任。 Responsibility(责任) Production Technician is responsible for following the procedures and making record as per this document.生产技术员有责任按照本文的规定进行生产操作，确认和记录。 The production leader and QA technician are responsible for double checking the PPE of production technician. 生产主管和质量技术人员有责任对操作技术人员的个人安全装备状况再次确认。 The operation technician is responsible for checking on the drums carrier before using. Any abnormality on the drum carrier found, please inform the equipment engineer and your supervisor for confirmation and improvement. 生产技术员在使用料桶前有责任检查料桶搬运车，如果发现有任何异常，请立刻通知设备工程师和主管确认并改善。 Associated Documents(相关文件) N/A Procedure (程序) No 序号 Description On Operation 作业步骤描述 Illustrating 图片说明 5.01 Operation Technician should wear Personal Protective Equipment such as protective goggle, mask, safety helmet, gloves, protective footwear, earplug, and etc. The technician should wear safety belt while being on the Roll Crusher operating platform. 作业人员穿戴个人防护用品：防护眼镜、口罩、安全帽，手套，防护鞋，耳塞等。 PPE PPE 5.02 Prepare the drum carrier for loading drums. (as Fig.1) Move the carrier near to the drum which needs loading (as Fig.2). Turn the valve deasil to close (as Fig.3). Press down the treadle to lift the hook device of the carrier (as Fig.4
