Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are discussed by combining the views of domestic and foreign scholars and some research methods. Secondly, it expounds the current status of the funding cost control of Nashua Farm Company and the question in funding cost control of the company. The problems appear in three aspects: Heavy interest expense; Low efficiency use of funds; Single fund-raising channel. Then it analyzes the reasons for the funding cost control problems of Nashua Farm Company, which are the difficult loan of country, poor financing plan and the lack of credit funds. Finally, according to the deficiencies of Nashua Farm Company, Suggestions are put forward: reduce the capital cost by seeking national bank loan, improve the use of the capital, and broaden the company’s capital collection method and remedy the shortcomings of capital. It is hoped that the investigation and research in this paper can help enterprises effectively reduce the funding cost and improve their economic efficiency.
