The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the purpose and significance of the research, literature review and research contents and methods at home and abroad. The second chapter discusses the current situation and problems of cost management of Qianaowan Tourist Resort. There are two main problems. One is that the cost of water and electricity is too high.The other is that the cost of food is too high. The third chapter analyzes the causes of the cost management problems of Qianaowan Tourist Resort. One is the serious waste of water and electricity.The other is that there is to much waste of leftover material. The fourth chapter discusses the countermeasures to solve the cost problem of Qianaowan Tourist Resort, including the basic idea to solve the cost management problem of the resort, the method and steps of the target cost management method, and discusses the Qian’ao wan Tourist Resort based on the target cost management example.
