摘 要 随着市场的竞争激烈，规模的不断扩大，融资困难问题成为一直困扰建筑企业发展与改革的重要问题，导致建筑企业发展停滞不前。建筑企业在推动经济发展、推进我国结构性改革方面具有不可忽视的作用。并且建筑企业也是改善社会环境、居民生活环境的重要支柱企业。本文在分析探讨后，发现企业融资难的问题，理论上探索解决融资问题，为建筑企业的融资问题提供参考，以促进企业健康良好发展。 本文以合健公司为例，分析其业务经营、企业管理、财务等多方面问题，合健存在企业经营管理不当、财务信息混乱、融资渠道单一、政府政策力度不大等问题，结合各方面数据分析提出应完善公司内部管理、优化金融环境完善政府政策、扩宽融资渠道、建立良好的银企关系的解决对策。 关键词：建筑企业 合健公司 融资问题 Abstract With the fierce competition in the market and the continuous expansion of the scale, the financing problem has become an important problem that has been troubling the development and reform of construction enterprises, leading to the stagnation of the development of construction enterprises. Construction enterprises play an important role in promoting economic development and structural reform in China. Construction enterprises are also important pillar enterprises to improve social environment and residents living environment. After the analysis and discussion, this paper finds the problem of difficult financing for enterprises, and theoretically explores and solves the financing problem to provide reference for the financing problem of construction enterprises, so as to promote the healthy development of enterprises. Based on us health company as an example, this paper analysis the business management, enterprise management and financial aspects of problem, improper woods at enterprise management, financial information chaos and single financing channel, the problem such as the governments policy is, together with all aspects of data analysis to improve company internal management, optimize the financial environment improve government policies, broaden the financing channels, establishing good relationship with the fact of the solution.
