PAGE PAGE 17 摘 要 本文首先整理融资管理的内涵和融资渠道的分类，明确资金融入对于企业发展的重要性。通过针对安智尚公司的融资需求，融资结构，融资风险和融资成本进行分析，了解公司目前的融资管理现状：公司规模较小，以内源性融资为主，融资成本高。并在安智尚公司的融资现状中发现其目前存在的融资管理问题，即融资渠道狭窄，主要通过投资者投入资金来维持企业日常运行；融资结构不合理，外源性融资占比较少；缺乏健全的财务制度和公司管理制度，缺少完善的信用体系。最后根据安智尚公司目前融资管理存在的问题，提出相应的解决对策：拓宽融资渠道，利用“存货”“融资租赁”“互联网众筹”等方式进行资金融入；优化资金运营，合理利用财务杠杆进行融资；加强融资管理，招聘高知识融资人才来提升融资决策质量；建立健全的公司制度和财务制度；完善信用体系，加强担保建设。 关键词：安智尚公司 融资管理 融资结构 Abstract First of all, this paper sorts out the connotation of financing management and the classification of financing channels to clarify the importance of capital integration for the development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the financing demand, financing structure, financing risk and financing cost of anzhishang company, it is found that the current financing management situation of the company: the company is small in scale and mainly gets endogenous financing, the financing cost is high. And its existing problems are: narrow financing channels, mainly through the investment of investors to maintain the daily operation of enterprises; unreasonable financing structure, insufficient exogenous financing; a lack of a sound financial system, corporate management system and credit system. Finally, according to the problems existing in the current financing management of anzhishang company, the corresponding solutions are put forward; such as broadening financing channels by using inventory, financial leasing, Internet crowd-funding and other ways to integrate funds; optimizing capital operation through using financial leverage reasonably for financing; strengthening financing management and recruiting high-knowledge financing talents to improve the quality of financing decision-making; establishing a healthy company system and financial system; improving the credit system and strengthening the guarantee construction.
