摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目为壹号办公楼，主体结构层数为六层，结构形式为钢筋混凝土 框架结构，采用现浇楼盖。设计书内容共分为建筑设计、结构设计与施工组织设计三部 分。 建筑设计，根据任务书及有关国家规范等要求，确定其建筑平面、立面、剖面等内部 空间结构，使其符合建筑规范和使用功能。 结构设计包括一榀框架的手算和整体结构的电算。主要包括结构选型及布置、确定 计算单元简图、荷载计算、内力计算与组合、梁柱截面配筋计算、基础设计、楼梯设计、 楼板设计等内容。对于竖向荷载作用内力分析采用弯矩二次分配法，水平荷载作用内力 分析采用D值法计算。 施工组织设计部分包括有施工方案、施工工艺及施工保障措施等内容的编制，另外 要进行施工平面布置图设计，且完成基础工程施工网络图及横道图的绘制。 关键词：建筑设计；结构设计；基础设计；楼梯设计；施工组织设计 i 湖南科技大学潇湘学院本科生毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT The topic of this graduation project is The First Office Building. The building has six layers in the main structure whose formation is constituted by reinforced concrete, with the using of in-situ floor. The content of the project will be divided into three parts, architectural design, structural design and construction design. According to the requirements of the project and relevant national standards, architectural design have to meet the rules of building and use function through determining its internal spatial structure in plane, elevation and section. Structural design includes a frame manual and the overall structure computer operator. It includes the structure and layout, determination of calculative unit schematic, load calculation, calculation of internal forces and combination, calculation of reinforcement of beam column, basic design, staircase design and floor design. When it comes to the analysis of internal force in vertical load, it uses the secondary allocation methods of bending moment. As to the analysis of internal force in horizontal load, it uses the D value method to calculate. Design section of construction includes the preparation of the construction plan, construction techniques and safeguards. In addition, the project has to design the layout of construction floor plan, complete network diagram of infrastructure projects and draw the horizontal chart.
