As the latest generation of servo motors developed by Inovance, MS1 series servo motors carry a power range covering 30 W to 7.5 kW, with flange sizes ranging from 25 mm to 180 mm. Multiple types of inertia and speed configurations and encoders are available for MS1 series servo motors. MS1 series servo motors serve to achieve quick and accurate position control, speed control and torque control in automation equipment such as semiconductors, SMT machines, PCB punching machines, material handling machineries, machine tools, and transmission machineries.
