我国台湾地区融合式适应体育教育实施策略 我国台湾地区融合式适应体育教育实施策略 我国台湾地区融合式适应体育教育实施策略 Study on Adapted Physical Education Strategies in Inclusion of China s Taiwan Area 李沛立LI Peili 摘 要:在过去的十几年内, 我国台湾地区中小学身心残障学生体育教育在借鉴西方发达国家经验后, 一直处于稳步的发展中。特别是在/融合教育0的理念影响下, 台湾特殊体育教育在普通中小学中逐步过渡到融合式适应体育模式。目前, 融合式适应体育教育已经深入到基层中小学教育之中, 取得了一定的教育成果。在教学上已初步形成2种课程模式、3种主要适应体育教学方法、5种不同参与层次的融合式体育教学模式和多种实用的融合式体育教学策略, 值得我们关注和学习。关键词:中国台湾; 特殊体育; 适应体育; 融合教育; 教学策略中图分类号:G 807. 0 文章编号:1009-783X(2021) 01-0040-03 文献标志码:A Abstract:In the past do zen y ears, after taking the refer ence o f w estern develo ped countries ex per iences, the phy sical educatio n fo r phy sical and mental handicapped students in pr imary and seco ndary in China . s T aiwan A rea has been in steady development. Especially in the inclusio n philoso phy, T aiwan special phy s -ical education in or dinar y scho ols g radually tr ansits to t he model of adapted physical education in inclu -sion. At pr esent, adapted phy sica l educat ion in inclusio n has been deeply into the pr imar y schoo l educatio n and achieved a certa in educat ion achievement. In the physical education, two cur riculum mo dels, three main ada pted phy sica l educatio n teaching met ho ds, f ive different levels of inclusion in a var iety of phy sical educatio n teaching mo del and the inclusio n of pr actical phy sical education teaching strat eg ies hav e been in -itia lly for med, which deser ves the att ention and study. Key words:China . s T aiwan; special physical education; adapted phy sica l education; inclusion educat ion; teaching strat eg y 适应体育在我国仍然称为特殊体育或残疾人体育。目前, 台湾教育管理和体育理论界在融合式适应体育活动推广、体育师资培训、体育课程与教学的研发、体育学习环境的改善以及体育辅导机制的落实等方面作了许多的努力, 使融合式适应体育教育形成了自己的特色。 1 适应体育及融合式适应体育发展背景1. 1 适应体育发展的背景 适应体育教育来源于适应身体活动(adapted phy sical ac -t ivit y, 简称A PA ) , 是适应身体活动的一个分支。1974年, 美国健康体育与运动休闲协会(amer ican alliance fo r health phy sical educat ion and r ecr eation) 下设的健康教育委员会为解除名称上杂乱的困扰, 将概念含义相近的特殊体育、康复体育、矫正体育、医疗体育等各类体育统称为/适应身体活动0, 使此概念在世界范围内应用标准化,
