上市公司股利分配政策问题研究 上市公司股利分配政策问题研究 上市公司股利分配政策问题研究 2021 年5 月 15 日 股利分配政策问题研究 随着世界经济的发展许多大公司纷纷成立。股份有限制公司要开始普遍起来。对于这些公司来说，可以说股份是他们存在形式的一种发展。而此时，股份分配就显得尤为重要了。股利分配解决的是上市公司对自己的利益进行何种处理的问题，或者留存或者投资，这个决策对公司有着无与伦比的意义。合理的股利分配政策一方面可以为企业规模扩张提供资金来源，另一方面可以为企业树立良好形象，吸引潜在的投资者和债权人，实现公司价值即股东财富最大化。 本文在开篇写出了对于股利分配政策问题进行研究的意义，然后具体的去分析了国内外对于这个问题的研究现状，并且据此列出本文所用到的研究方法。作者用以上的研究方法对四种不同的股利分配政策进行对比，分别叙述了他们各自的分配模式和优缺点所在。在文章的最后，笔者则重点分析了限制公司制定股利分配政策的因素并据此联系我国，分析我国上市公司中股利分配政策出现的问题并根据前文的论述去说明我国上市公司应如何制定适应自身发展的股利分配政策。 关键词：股利分配、分配政策、股东财富 Dividend distribution policy research Author: nuerjiang Tutor: zhuhuifan Astract With the development of world economy many large companies have set up. Dividend distribution policy of listed companies is to allocate or retained reinvested earnings of decision making problems, in the company management plays a vital role. Reasonable dividend distribution policy can providing funding for the expansion of enterprise scale on the one hand, on the other hand can establish a good image for the enterprise, to attract potential investors and creditors, to realize the value of the company is to maximize shareholder wealth. This paper in the opening out to study the significance of the dividend distribution policy, then detailed analysis the domestic and foreign to this question research present situation, and lists the research methods used in this paper accordingly. The author uses the above methods for comparing four different types of dividend distribution policy, narrates the distribution patterns and their respective advantages and disadvantages respectively.
