孤独感对大学生网络成瘾的影响：社交焦虑的中介作用 摘 要 网络成瘾是一种存在问题的对网络过度依赖的行为，它在一定程度上会引起一系列的心理或行为问题。如何预防和控制大学生对网络 的过度依赖的问题是现如今社会广泛关注的问题。研究大学生网络成瘾的影响因素及其内部的作用机制，有利于对大学生网络过度使 用的问题进行有效的预防和科学的控制。因此本研究以孤独感、社交焦虑、网络成瘾作为变量，使用UCLA孤独感量表、中文网络成瘾 量表、社交焦虑量表在网络上对在校大学生进行问卷调查，讨论了孤独感、社交焦虑对大学生网络成瘾的影响，并检验了社交焦虑的 中介作用。结果表明：①被试孤独感在性别、年级上差异显著。男生的对孤独的体验比女生的更加强烈，大一的学生相较于大二、大 三、大四的学生更容易感受到孤独；②被试网络成瘾在人口统计学变量上均无显著差异；③孤独感和社交焦虑与个体网络成瘾各个水 平有显著正相关；④社交焦虑在孤独感和网络成瘾之间存在中介效应。学生的孤独感可通过社交焦虑的中介作用从而影响网络成瘾。 关键词：孤独感；社交焦虑；网络成瘾；中介变量 Abstract Internet addiction is a kind of behavior that has a problem of over-reliance on the network, which causes a series of psychological or behavioral problems to some extent. How to prevent and control college students over-reliance on the network is a problem that is widely concerned in society today. Studying the influence factors of college students Internet addiction and its internal mechanism is helpful to effectively control the problem of overuse of college students network. Therefore, this study uses loneliness, social anxiety, internet addiction as variables, using THE UCLA loneliness scale, Chinese Internet addiction scale, social anxiety scale on the network to conduct a questionnaire survey on the network, discusses the impact of loneliness, social anxiety on college students Internet addiction, and tests the intermediary role of social anxiety.
