阜阳市建筑业发展战略研究 摘 要 建筑业具有基础保障性、产业稳定性及就业面广、拉动能力强等特点，在 国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用，居于支柱产业地位。 本文以阜阳市建国以来建筑业发展的主要指标数据为基础，结合多年来阜 阳建筑业发展具体情况，分析了阜阳市建筑业发展现状。过去的一段时间内， 阜阳市建筑业在队伍规模、质量水平、安全生产等方面取得了较大进步；但仍 然存在经济总量不大、产业集中度不高、企业布局不合理、企业融资渠道不畅 等问题。本文采用 SWOT 分析法，对上述优势和不足进行了深入分析，分析表明， 阜阳市建筑业具有优势突出、劣势明显、机遇大于挑战等特点。阜阳市建筑业 的根本优势在于丰富的劳动力资源和优良劳动力品牌，其发展战略的突破口在 于如何做大做强建筑劳务。在阜阳市建筑业 SWOT 分析的基础上，运用战略管理 理论和宏观经济学理论，为阜阳市建筑业的发展提供了战略规划，以促进阜阳 市建筑业进一步的发展。 关键词：建筑业；战略管理；SWOT 分析；阜阳 Research on the Development Strategy of Fuyang’s Construction Industry Abstract Construction industry has characteristics such as fundamental guarantee, industry stability, wide obtain employment and strong pulling power, which makes it a pillar industry, and play a crucial role in national economy and social development. This thesis analyzes the development and present status of Fuyang’s construction industry based on large amounts of data and years of specific conditions of Fuyang’s construction industry. In the past period, Fuyang’s construction industry obtained greater progress in the team size, quality level, safety production and so on. But it still has many problems such as small economic aggregate, low centralization, unreasonable enterprises distribution, blockage of enterprises’ financing channels. This study adopts SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Fuyang’s construction industry.
