内镜下金属钛夹与注射止血治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化 道出血疗效探讨 [摘要 ] 目的探讨急性期非静脉曲张性上消化道出血于 内镜下予以金属钛夹、注射止血治疗的效果。方法方便选取 该院2016年1月一2017年11月收治的急性期非静脉曲张性 上消化道出血患者 88 例，随机分组， 44 例于内镜下通过金 属钛夹展开治疗为钛夹组， 44 例于内镜下通过药物注射治疗 为药物组，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果两组均止血成功， 钛夹组再出血发生率是 4.55%，较药物组的18.18%低（x 2=4.061, P=0.044）;钛夹组总有效率为 97.73%，较药物组的 79.55%高（x 2=7.221, P=0.05）;钛夹组止血、肠鸣音、住 院时长均较药物组短 （t=19.351、25.939、12.374， P=0.034、 0.031、 0.038）。结论在急性期非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治 疗中，于内镜下予以金属钛夹、药物注射均可成功止血，但 通过钛夹治疗再出血发生率更低，止血时间 [关键词 ] 非静脉曲张性上消化道出血； 内镜；金属钛夹； 注射 [中图分类号 ] R573 [文献标识码 ] A [文章编号 ] 1674-0742（2018） 03（a） -0079-03 Treatment of Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding with Endoscopic Titanium Clip and Injection Hemostasis WANG Hong-yan Department of Digestive Medicine ， Xinyi People s Hospital ， Xinyi， Jiangsu Province， 221400 China [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of the treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the acute stage by endoscopic metal clip and injection of hemostasis. Methods Convenient selection eighty-eight patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in this hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups ： 44 patients underwent endoscopic treatment with titanium clips and 44 patients with titanium clips In the endoscopic treatment by drug injection for the drug group ， comparative analysis of two groups of treatment. Results The two groups were successful hemostasis ， titanium clip group rebleeding rate was 4.55% ， 18.18% lower than the drug group (x 2=4.061 , P=0.044); titanium clip group , the total effective rate was 97.73%， higher than the drug group of 79.55% (x 2=7.221， P=0.05)； titanium clip group hemostasis ， borborygmus， length of hospital stay were compared with the drug group in short （ t=19.351 ， 25.939， 12.374， P=0.034， 0.031， 0.038） . Conclusion In the treatment of acute non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding ， endoscopic titanium clips and drug injection can successfully stop bleeding
