最新 精品 Word 欢迎下载 可修改 PAGE 钢铁公司财务战略管理研究 摘 要 财务战略管理是指企业在分析理财环境的基础上，服从和服务于企业战略的前提下，对企业资源筹集和配置活动进行的全局性和长远性的谋划，它是战略理论在财务管理领域的应用与延伸。随着现代企业经营环境的重大变化和战略管理的广泛推行，传统的财务管理理论与方法已不能适应当今企业战略管理的需要。财务战略理论的发展将战略管理的思想方法与传统的财务管理理论相结合，从长远和全局的角度对企业的财务活动进行规划，形成以财务战略管理为重心的财务管理理论，为构建适应市场经济发展的财务管理体系提供了良好的理论指导和方法借鉴。 本文通过鸡西北方钢铁有限公司这一实际载体，研究在特定环境和行业背景下的财务战略理论的运用，对鸡西北方钢铁有限公司的财务管理现状进行全面分析，首先对鸡西北方钢铁有限的外部环境及内部环境进行分析，从理论上对鸡西北方钢铁有限公司总体发展战略提出建议；由于财务战略是企业战略的重要职能战略，本文着重对公司具体财务状况进行全面分析，对企业未来财务战略的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行充分识别，根据分析结果，初步制定适合鸡西北方钢铁实际情况的财务战略；最后，针对制定的财务战略目标，为确保战略的有效实施，提出财务战略的评价体系。 【关键词】财务战略管理 战略目标 战略实施 Abstract Financial strategic management refers to the enterprise on the basis of analyzing the financing environment, obey and serve the corporate strategy under the premise of to the enterprise resources to raise overall situation and insufficiency and configuration activities of planning, it is the strategic theory in financial management in the field of application and extension.
