甘肃中药材电子商务物流体系发展实证研究 摘 要：借鉴国内外理论构建了甘肃屮药材电子商务物流运行模型， 在对廿肃244家企业调查数据基础上用模糊评价法对廿肃中药材电子商务 物流发展状况进行测度。结果是：第一，该模型包含中药材物流信息技术、 电子商务应用，信息化管理和中药材物流功能四个维度因子，是一个描述 中药材电子商务物流理论的合理框架结构。第二，甘肃中药材电子商务物 流整体发展水平还处于初屮期阶段，冇较大的提升空间，其屮物流功能目 前是制约和影响物流体系建设的关键问题。第三，信息技术是中药材电子 物流的支持体系，应全面嵌入中药材电商物流的整个过程，各模块必须有 效协调才能提高中药材物流效能。根据研究结果提出了促进甘肃中药材电 子商务物流的对策。 关键词：中药材；电子商务物流；运行模型；实证研究 中图分类号：F253. 9文献标识码：A Abstract : The paper constructed an operating model of E-commerce logistics of Chinese herbal medicine in Gansu with the use of domestic and international theory. Besides, it also measured the development status of E-commerce logistics of Chinese herbal medicine in Gansu with fuzzy evaluation method based on survey data of 244 enterprises in Gansu. The result is： First, the model contains four dimension factors which are information technology, E-business application， information management and function of logistics of Chinese herbal medicine, it is a reasonable frame structure which describes E-commerce logistics of Chinese herbal medicine. The second, the overall development level of E-commerce logistics of Chinese herbal medicine is still in the early Intermediate period of the stage , there is large room for improvement , its logistics function is the key issue which restricts and affects its logistics system construction. The third, information technology is the support system of E-logisties of Chinese herbal medicine, it shall be fully embedded in the whole process of E-commerce logistics of Chinese herbal medicine, and only effective coordination of every model can improve the logistics efficiency of Chinese herbal medicines.
