构建秀山现代物流园区冷链物流中心重点内容研究 构建秀山现代物流园区冷链物流中心重点内容研究 构建秀山现代物流园区冷链物流中心重点内容研究 建立秀山现代物流园区冷链物流中心的要点内容研究 中文纲要：陪伴着《重庆市公民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划现代物流业发 展专项规划》 将黔江—秀山物流基地定位于重庆市八大物流基地之一， 并且明确指出要点推动一批物流基础设备、特别商品物流、现代仓储和配送、应急物流、 物流信息化等项目建设。秀山土家族苗族自治县加速了建设秀山（武陵） 现代物流园区的步伐，并将发展冷链物流作为园区整体项目中的核心项目之一。 本文第一对冷链物流内涵、 作业流程等进行了剖析； 再联合秀山县、秀山（武陵）现代物流园区以及渝东南及武陵山地区的发显现状对冷链物流的要点节点和 服务模式进行了进一步的剖析， 提出了秀山县冷链物流中心的两种一体化服务模式，并针对性的给出了冷链物流业务拓展策略； 其次，确立了冷链物流中心功能区的构成，给出了冷链配送中心整体布局规划方案；最后， 经过比较选择了冷链物流中心的建设模式，同时对投资效益和项目风险进行了计算和剖析。要点词：冷链物流；多式联运；服务模式；冷链配送中心；布局规划 Abstract：With Chongqing Economic and Social Development eleventh Five-Year Plan of modern logistics industry development”has regarded Qianjiang - Xiushan logistics base as one of the eight major logistics bases of Chongqing City, and pointed out to promote a number of logistics infrastructure, special commodity logistics, modern warehousing and distribution, emergency logistics, logistics information and other projects, Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County speeds up the pace the of the construction of Xiushan (Wulin) modern logistics park, and regards the development of cold chain logistics as one of the core projrets. Firstly, this article analysed the definition and work process of cold chain logistics, and then, combined with the Development of Xiushan, Xiushan (Wulin) Modern Logistics Park , the Southeast and Wuling Mountains area of cold chain logistics,and also, the paper analysed service mode and key nodes of the the county, presented the countys two kinds of integrated cold chain logistics service mode, and gave some business development strategies correespondly; Secondly, the papar defined the composition of functional areas, and gave the layout planning of the cold chain distribution centers; Finally, the antide selected the build mode of cold chain logistics center, the income and project risks were calculated and analyzed.as well.
