最新 精品 Word 欢迎下载 可修改 摘 要 仓库管理即指管理机构为高效利用仓库资源提供优质服务,对仓库及库内商品进行的计划、组织、控制和协调活动,成功的仓库管理应实现仓库空间、仓储设备与人员使用效率最大化、产品可获取及安全性最优化。 仓库管理是企业管理的一项重要功能，它不仅直接影响企业流动资金的周转，而且在满足顾客服务方面也起着至关重要的作用。随着市场经济的不断发展，仓库管理被赋予了更多的内涵和功能，加强库存控制是提高企业活力，降低企业生产成本，增强企业竞争力的有效手段。然而，在我国很多生产企业尤其是中小制造企业中，普遍存在着库存控制方法不合理，库存积压严重等问题，从而造成企业仓库管理成本居高不下，缺乏应对市场变化的能力，仓库管理问题日益成为制约企业生存和发展的重要因素。基于此，本论文拟对仓库管理问题进行实证分析。 本文首先介绍了仓库管理理论及其对制造企业的作用，着重阐述了加强原材料库存管理的重要性。其次针对制造企业的特点提出了一些完善企业仓库管理功能，健全库存管理制度的管理方法，如分类管理ABC法，“零库存”控制法等。最后以北京安达泰克科技有限公司作为研究对象，对其仓库管理现状进行了系统的分析和研究，指出公司目前在仓库管理中存在的问题和不足，并针对这些不足提出了相应的改进措施和建议。 关键词：仓库管理；库存控制；ABC分类法；物品标识；仓库布局 Abstract Warehouse management refers to the management mechanism for the efficient utilization of storage resources to provide quality services, to the warehouse and warehouse goods to the planning, organization, control and coordination of activities, the success of warehouse management should realize warehouse space, storage equipment and personnel to maximize efficiency, products can be obtained and the safety of optimization.
