摘 要 三通管作为一种连接件在日常生活中应用广泛， 本文对塑料模具的设计方法及过 程进行了阐述。通过用 Moldflow 模拟对其工艺分析，确立了合理的成型工艺参数。 设计了三通管塑料模具中的各个系统如注射系统、温度调节系统、导向与定位机构、 侧向分型与抽芯机构、 脱模机构、 分型面及排气槽。 并对塑件的材料性能进行了分析。 关键词： 三通管 注塑模 导向 分型 脱模 顶出 ABSTRACT The Three Links Pipeline as a kind of attachment is widely used in daily life.
