Various types of enterprises at present have been recognized and incentive staff in and business activities in which the position is very important. Aiming at Jingjiang port limited pany own profit, its analysis and research staff the existingpolicy,summarizes itsexistencefrom four aspectsof incentivepensation allocatiosnystem is not reasonable,staffappraisalsystem is not scientifidco, not pay attentionto the intrinsimcotivation,lack of team. Use analysisof human resources management theoryand otherrelevanttheoreticaklnowledge. Finally,put forward some meaningful countermeasures: to promote the reasonable salary distribution system, imp the personnel evaluation system, pay attention to spiritual motivation, cultivating g spirit.
