柔软整理对大麻纤维性能的影响 张金秋 柔软整理对大麻纤维性能的影响lowbar;张金秋 第31卷第4期2021年4月 文章编号：0253-9721（2021）04-0098-05 Journal of Textile Research Vol. 31，No. 4Apr. ，2021 柔软整理对大麻纤维性能的影响 张金秋，张建春，王善元 （1. 东华大学纺织学院，上海 202120；2. 总后军需装备研究所，北京100088） 为提高大麻纤维的柔软性、可纺性能，针对不同脱胶工艺处理后的大麻纤维在分梳前进行柔软整理。分 析柔软整理前后大麻纤维经分梳后的物理机械性能。结果表明：柔软整理后大麻纤维的断裂强度及断裂伸长率均有不同幅度的提高，而且当脱胶程度较低时，柔软整理后大麻纤维的断裂强度与伸长率提高幅度较大；柔软整理后摩擦因数均有不同幅度的降低，而且当脱胶程度较低时，柔软整理后大麻纤维的的大麻纤维比整理前的抗弯刚度、 摩擦因数降低的幅度较小；柔软整理后，大麻纤维的回潮率比柔软前均有不同幅度的提高，脱胶程度较低时大麻纤维柔软整理的作用较明显。说明柔软整理有助于改善大麻纤维的可纺性能。关键词 大麻纤维；柔软整理；断裂强力；断裂伸长；抗弯刚度；摩擦性能 文献标志码：A 中图分类号：TS 195. 5 Effect of softening finishing on properties of hemp fiber ZHANG Jinqiu 1，ZHANG Jianchun 1，，WANG Shanyuan 1 （1. The Quartermaster Research Institute of the General Logistics Department of the PLA ，Beijing Abstract For improving the softness and spinnability of the hemp fiber ，softening finishing of the hemp fiber with different degumming processes was performed before combing. The mechanical properties of the combed hemp fiber before and after softening finishing were investigated. The results indicated that the breaking strength ，breaking elongation ，as well as moisture regain of the treated hemp fiber were enhanced ，in particular to the hemp fiber which had been subjected to mild degumming. The bending rigidity and friction factor of the treated hemp fiber were decreased as compared with those of the untreated. However ，if the hemp fiber had been subjected to mild degumming ，its friction factor exhibited slightly decreas. It is shown from the above facts that softening finishing facilitates the improvement of the spinnability of the hemp fiber.
