摘要 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要? 在经济发展的社会，人才的地域流动也越来越频繁，不再受到地域的限制。当然，人才的流动也面临许多问题，其中住房问题就是一个很大的问题。而且当前房地产市场不断发展，房产中介市场也日益壮大，由于大部分人都没有闲暇的时间以及比较专业的房产和法律知识，房屋租赁管理系统在交易中的地位逐渐提高。据统计大部分的房屋租赁行为是通过房屋租赁系统进行，人们通过房屋租赁系统咨询、购买、出售房屋已经是很普遍的现象。房屋信息更新快、信息量大是其最大的特点，但是，各种各样的房屋租赁系统让公众难以取舍，大部分存在着很多的安全问题。针对目前尚不规范的房屋租赁系统，创建一个值得大家信任的，共享信息的房屋租赁系统便成了当务之急。 本系统是用Spring Boot框架开发的一个房屋租赁管理系统，通过MySQL数据库来存储相关数据方便内容和信息地更新，并根据实际需求把本系统分为：管理员模块、房主模块、租户模块上大部分。 论文主要阐述了课题背景及其意义，系统所要用到的相关技术与标准，对系统做了总体的分析与设计，详细介绍了系统主要功能模块的设计实现，最后是工作总结与展望。 关 键 词：房屋租赁；管理系统；共享信息；动态网页 ABSTRACT PAGE PAGE I ABSTRACT In the current era of economic development, the regional flow of talents is becoming more and more frequent and is no longer restricted by regions.
