第 第 PAGE 4 页 共 NUMPAGES 4 页 《国际经济法0301502030》(双语)教学大纲.doc 《国际经济法0301502030》（双语）教学大纲  International Economic Law  适用专业：行政管理（行政法）课程编号： 0301502030 前修课程：国际法学分： 2 总学时： 32 一、课程性质、目的与要求  课程性质：专业课。  课程目的：《国际经济法》（双语）旨在使学生掌握国际贸易、国际投资、国际税收以及国际经济争端解决机制（WTO）的国际法基础理论知识和司法实务基本技能，契合培养高层次、复合型、外向型法律人才的要求。通过本课程的学习，使学生在英语语境中系统地学习国际经济法基本理论与制度，同时学习英语在国际经济活动规则语境中的特殊语体，培养学生直接运用英语从事国际经济法相关科研或实务工作的能力。  教学要求：采用双语教学方式，即运用英语和汉语授课，并根据学生的英语水平逐步增加英语在授课中的比例不少于50；采用经典双语教材和中英文多媒体课件授课，同时采用网络视频进行辅助教学；要求学生课后尽可能地阅读原版国际经济法英语书籍、国际经济法典型案例、国外论文以及外文网站资料（列入平时成绩30的考察范围），培养学生专业阅读的兴趣和能力；期末试卷以英文表达为主，并采用闭卷、笔试的方式进行考核（占70）。  二、教学内容理论总学时：24 学时Chapter 1：General Introduction of International Economic Law 2学时基本要求：To know Fundamentals of International Economic Law; Definition and Sources of International Economic Law; Principles of International Economic Law.  重点：Fundamentals of International Economic Law  难点：Definition and Sources of International Economic Law  Chapter 2：The Subjects of International Economic Law 2学时基本要求：To grasp Subjects of International Economic Law; Economic Globalization and New Development of IEL.  重点：Natural Person in IEL; International Economic Organizations  难点：Transnational Corporations  Chapter 3：Legal System of International Trade 6学时基本要求：To know the Overview of Legal System Regarding Trade Regulation; The Evolution of Trade Regulatory Measures at National Level and Categories of Trade Regulatory Measures; Contract for the International Sale of Goods;International Commercial Terms;International Carriage of Goods; International Cargo Insurance; Payment in International Sale of Goods.  重点：The Sphere of Application of the CISG; Obligations of the Seller and the Buyer  难点：Breach of Contract and Remedies; Passing of Risk  Chapter 4：Legal System of International Investment 2学时基本要求：To know Foreign Investment; Overseas Investment; International Investment Agreement 重点：To have a good command of legal forms of international investmen
