摘 要 本文研究了顺丰速运集团的产生与发展，它是90年代快递业迅猛发展起来的领军企业。本文主要介绍了它的出现给中国的物流配送方面所做出的贡献与成绩，和在管理模式上的优质服务给集团带来的利益。但同时指出它在物流模式上的优势与物流发展上的一些不足之处。在物流业发展如此激烈的市场上，顺丰速运集团是如何逐步壮大起来的，可见优质的服务是非常关键的组成部分。基于对现代物流企业的快速发展，顺丰集团也为此深入的认识自己，找出了对未来发展更好的策略！然而，顺丰速运集团在成本控制上，较高的价格方面也面临着很多方面的挑战，必须要把价格控制在满足顾客需求的基础上才是顺丰速运集团能够继续很好发展的前提！同时，像降低价物流成本的挑战，以及在物流模式单一上也存在缺陷。本文将从供应链管理，运输管理，信息管理，产品的价格和成本控制上的研究方面入手，逐一找出顺丰速运集团物流模式和管理上存在的问题，并尽可能的找出相应的措施加以解决。 关键词：物流模式 发展 管理研究 成本控制 ABSTRACT This paper studies the emergence and development of SF , it is produced with the rapid development in the 1990s and express industry leading enterprise.
