肺部炎症专题知识讲座;大叶性肺炎;[临床表现];[影像学表现] ;;2.实变期: 此期有经典X线征, 表现为以肺叶、肺段或亚段分布 均匀密度增高影, 实变区肺纹理消失, 在致密影中可见透亮 含气支气管影。依据实变肺叶形态和前后径 长短可展现不一样 X线所见。右上叶肺炎 下缘平直锐利; 右中叶肺炎上缘锐利平直, 但下缘模糊, 侧位在前下方; 左上叶肺炎实变影下缘模糊无显著界线, 侧位病变在上前方。通常气管、纵隔移位少见。;;PA and lateral views of the chest show dense opacity in the left lower lobe, consistent with pneumonia. Notice the loss of the left hemidiaphragm (silhouette sign) and preservation of the left heart border, indicating involement of the left lower lobe and sparing of the lingula of the left upper lobe.;PA and lateral views show increased opacity obscuring the right heart border on the PA view and anteriorly over the heart on the lateral view. The right middle lobe is the part of the long adjacent to the right heart border.
