The Specification is provided as is, and Intel makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or title. Intel is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of any use of the Specification, or its performance or implementation. Intel retains ownership of all of its intellectual property rights in the Specification and retains the right to make changes to the Specification at any time.
