中小企业财务治理研究——以华安汽车公司为例 摘 要 对于中小企业在我国国民经济中占有着非常重要的地位，在促进社会进步，经济进展，提高人民生 活水平中发挥着巨大的作用。但在其健康进展的过程中，却出现了相当一部分企业只追求眼前利润 和同行业中市场占有份额，常常忽视了财务治理在企业进展中的巨大力量，使得中小企业财务治理 局限于生产经营型治理格局之中，企业财务治理的作用不能更好地发挥和利用起来。本文通过对华 安汽车公司在财务治理中的投资治理、筹资治理、营运资金治理和利润安排治理存在的问题开始， 以财务治理的相关理论为基础，通过查阅书籍，更多地学习理解财务治理的条件下，对华安企业财 务治理存在的问题进行分析，改进，进而为中小企业的健康 定进展提供一些方式方法。企业怎样 在激烈的市场竞争条件下健康进展，建立以强化财务治理为标志的现代企业制度，科学的进行资本 运营，是非常值得关注和思考的问题。 关键词 ：财务治理；中小企业 ；投资治理 ABSTRACT As an important part of our national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting Chinas economic development and social stability.
