面向绿色制造的材料成型工艺决策方法研究 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 摘 要 材料成型工艺决策是材料加工的一个重要环节。而随着“绿色制造〞的观念在制造行业越来越深入人心，面向绿色制造的材料成型工艺决策也逐渐成为当今材料加工行业的一个重要研究趋向。本文就是针对材料成型工艺的评价和决策方法，在综合考虑前人研究的情况下，提出了基于时间，本钱，质量，资源消耗和环境污染五大目标的评价和决策方法。由于工艺方案的评价和决策是个定性和定量指标相结合的多目标决策问题，很难用一般的数学方法处理，本文采用层次分析多目标决策法，结合绿色制造工艺决策的特点，建立了面向绿色制造的材料成型工艺多目标决策模型,通过模型的求解得出评价指标值，根据指标值的大小确定方案的优劣，决策出相对重要度最高的工艺方案。 作者应用MATLAB语言，成功开发了面向绿色制造的材料成型工艺决策软件，使工艺方案的决策更加快捷，准确，减轻决策者的工作量。 最后，引入一个具体的工艺方案决策实例，使用论文设计的面向绿色制造的材料成型工艺决策软件来分析求解，最后得到正确的结果，从而验证决策方法的正确性和软件的适用性。 关键词： 绿色制造，材料成形工艺，多目标决策，AHP决策模型 ABSTRACT The decision-making of material forming processes are the important links o-f material forming,and the decision-making of material forming processes aiming at Green Manufacturing is an important direction.Point at evaluation and decision-making methods and considering the research done by the former researchers, this article advances the evaluation and decision-making methods based on five o-bjectives,namely time,cost,quality,resource and environment.As the evaluation and decision-making of the process scheme is a multiobjective decision combined wi-th qualitative and quatitive indicators,hard to be desolved with normal mathematic-cal methods,our article introduces the AHP method,considering the character of the Green Manufacturing processe decision-making,set up the multiobjective decisi-on-making model aiming at Green Manufacturing,get evaluation indictors by solu-tion of model,judge the scheme by the value of indictors,and get the scheme w-hich has the highest important indictor. Using MATLAB language,the arthor schemes out out the decision-making soft-ware of material forming processes aiming at Green Manufacturing. In the end,by introducing a practical decision-making case and using the sof-tware to analyse and solve it,the author can make sure the software is correct a-nd applicable.
