. . - word.zl. 6层住宅施工组织设计 摘 要 本施工组织设计针对某六层住宅进展统一筹划，分析研究该住宅楼在其施工全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织，保证其有序、高效、科学合理地进展。本文分别从建筑和构造的角度分析该工程的概况，并结合现有资料编写施工组织设计的依据，并从施工总体安排、工程经理部的组成及各成员的职责、施工准备、施工管理、总体施工工序、施工进度方案的角度对该工程进展总体施工部署，绘制了该工程的根底施工平面布置图、主体施工平面布置图和施工方案网络图，并完成了局部工程量的计算容。本施工组织设计编制了该工程的各项施工工作的施工案和施工过程中可能涉及到的各项技术措施，对于类似工程的研究也具有一定的参考价值。 关键词：砖混构造；施工组织设计；施工部署；施工案；技术措施 ABSTRACT Aimed at the unified planning of a six floor build.y the paper is designed to introduce its construction design, analyze residential buildings during the whole process of its construction and technology activities, economic and organizations to ensure that it goes orderly, efficiently, scientifically and rationally. From the perspective of architectural and structural analysis separately before this project and together with its existing currency prepared in accordance with the construction organization design, this paper arrange the whole work from aspects such as the overall construction schedule, project manager, construction preparation, construction management, general construction process, the construction schedule, etc., we acplished the foundation construction drawing floor plan of the project, the main construction layout plan and construction schedule network diagram, and pleted part of calculated amount of the project content. The construction posed involved technical measures construction plan during this process, it also has some reference value when it es to the study of similar projects.
