健身区域会员须知 健身区域会员须知 PAGE 健身区域会员须知 健身房会员须知 GYM Rules and Regulations 进入健身中心请向前台出示有效会员卡 Please present you membership card when entering the club 健身中心请勿吸烟 Smoking is prohibited in the club 16岁以下儿童请勿进入健身室 Children under age of 16 are not permitted to enter the GYM 饮酒后请勿进入健身室 Please do not enter the GYM after consuming alcoholic beverages 请关心帮助你的朋友,爱护俱乐部的设备 Be considerate to your fellow members and club equipment 请勿扔摔哑铃和杠铃,如有违反,应照价赔偿所损坏的器械,设备等. Please do not drop weights. Violators will be asked to reimburse the club for broken equipment, fixtures, etc 如果你控制不了你的动作,请减轻使用的重量,当你选好了加重码后,在举重过程中请小心进行。 If you cannot control the weight you are using, it is too heavy!
