摘 要 建设工程进度控制是工程工程建设各阶段的工作内容、工作程序、持续时间和衔接关系根据进度总目标及资源优化配置的原那么编制方案并付诸实施，然后在进度方案的实施过程中经常检查实际进度是否按方案要求进行，对出现的偏差情况进行分析，采取补救措施或调整、修改原方案后再付诸实施，如此循环，直到建设工程竣工验收交付使用。本文主要论述了工程建设进度控制体系中的几个重要阶段，对此进行了分析总结，并对进度控制的重点阶段〔施工阶段〕进行了深入的探讨。建设工程进度控制的最终目的是实现工程的进度目标。 关键词： 进度目标； 工程建设； 进度控制　　 Abstract Construction schedule control of engineering projects at all stages of the work content, work procedures, duration, and the convergence of the overall objectives and resources, according to the progress of the principle of optimal allocation of the preparation of plans and implementation, and then schedule regular checks of the actual implementation process whether the progress according to plan requirements, for deviations analysis of the situation and take remedial measures or adjustments to modify the original plan and then implemented, and so on, until the completion and acceptance of delivery of construction projects. This paper discusses the construction progress of the control system in several important stages, which were analyzed and summarized,and progress control of the focus of phase (construction phase) were also discussed.
