PAGE 摘 要 本工程为青岛农业大学东苑宿舍4号楼建筑及结构设计, 选用框架结构，共五层，总高度为17.45米。为多层混凝土建筑，所处环境为抗震设防7度，第二类场地，第二组。建筑宽度为14.7米，长50.4米，总面积为4707.4㎡。在设计理念上，贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则，本次设计分为建筑与结构设计两部分。本计算书即为详细的计算过程。 设计书包含了建筑设计和结构设计两部分，建筑设计为建筑平面，立面还有剖面的设计，同时还包括楼梯及楼顶的设计，设计为五层，每层层高3.3米。结构设计为风荷载，地震荷载，恒荷载和活荷载作用写的内力组合，及最不利内力组合。还有楼板及其楼梯的钢筋配置和基础设计。计算选用第8轴，作为代表计算内力。设计中用软件计算结果与手算结果进行分析对比。 关键词：框架结构 ,建筑设计 ,结构设计 Abstract this project is a ward building and structure design of , the frame structure, a total of five layer, the total height of 17.45 meters.
