PAGE 38 学科分类号 本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 从“星级”看“酒店” PAGE 2 摘要： 随着我国市场经济的快速发展和经济全球化进程的飞跃，商务旅游市场将面临一轮新的增长和新的挑战，也给我国的高星级酒店带来了新的机遇。随着经济的快速发展，我国酒店业随之逐渐发展起来，是第三产业的重要基础行业、核心产业，是国家和地方政府实施产业结构调整，是吸纳就业人才的劳动密集型行业。随着商务客人的日趋成熟、客人需求的多样化和高星级酒店竞争的加剧，我国的高星级酒店也将面临严峻的挑战。所以根据由中华人民共和国质量监督检验总局和中国国家标准化管理委员会发布的最新版本《旅游饭店星际的划分与评定》GB/T14308-2010来测量与评估高星级酒店的重要课题，本文以郴州一家高星级酒店的硬软件设施为研究对象，提出具体的对策和建议。 关键词: 酒店, 酒店业，星级饭店, 星级评定标准  Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas market economy and economic globalization, business travel market will face a new wave of growth and new challenges, also has brought new opportunities for international hotel in China. With the rapid development of economy, Chinas hotel industry will gradually developed, is an important basic industry, the core of the third industry, is the national and local governments to implement the industrial structure adjustment, is a labor-intensive industry absorb employment of talents. As business guests, the guest needs the increasing maturity of the diversity and the competition in international hotel, international hotel in China will face serious challenges. So according to the general administration of quality supervision and inspection of the Peoples Republic of China and China national standardization management committee released the latest version of the star division and evaluation of tourism hotel (GB/T14308-2010 to measure and evaluate the important topic of high star-rated hotels, taking ChenZhou high star-rated hotel hard software facilities as the research object, put forward concrete countermeasures and Suggestions.
