Methods 59 cases typical osteosarcoma specime without os osseum tissue and non-decalcification were obtained and grouped according to the clinicopathologic characteristics, the followed-up data of postoperative patients were collected. The tests were examined by immunohistochemical staining (EnVision). Data were evaluated by χ2 and Spearman rank correlation analysis. the survival data of postoperative were performed by kaplan-meier survival curve analysis and Log-Rank method. Results The positive expression rates of iNOS and HIF1α in osteosarcoma were % and % respectively , which were significantly higher than that of control group (P and ), respectively. The expression of HIF1α was positively related with the age (P＜),but the iNOS was not (P＞). The expression of HIF1α and iNOS were positively related with the histological classificatio, in iNOS and HIF1α positive groups, total positive rates of intraosseous well-differentiated and parostea osteosarcoma was % and 0, respectively, which was remarkably lower than that of the other groups (% and %,) with significant difference (P＜ and , respectively). Among the samples ,HIF-lαand iNOS both expressed in %, no expression of either of them in %, the positive expression rate of HIF-lα in the group of positive and negative iNOS were % and 0, respectively, which showed a compacted positive correlation between them (P＜).
